How to Order:
Place your order online via our secure server and pay by Visa, MC, Discover and AmEx. If you prefer to mail or fax your order (checks or money orders in US dollars are accepted), select mail/fax payment as your payment method and complete the checkout process. Faxed orders must include credit card information.

Payment By Mail: Mail your completed form along with your check or money order to POWERHEAD • 300 5th Ave S., Suite # 101-440 • Naples, Fl 34102. Once payment is received, we will process your order.

International Orders: Complete our order form online and we will call you with the exact shipping amount and a corrected total for your order. Shipping costs depend on quantity ordered, weight, etc. Payment must be in U.S. dollars and must be received prior to shipment.

Shipping and Delivery Information:
Shipments within the continental U.S. are shipped within 5 days by UPS ground. Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and international orders.

Return/Exchange Policy
We guarantee that our products will be free of manufacturing defects. Should you receive a defective product, call us to determine the procedure for receiving a replacement.

Disclaimer
Please be advised that Powerhead attachments must be used with a commercial trimmer only. Powerhead Clear Cut requires a slight rocking motion in order to achieve desired results. Please refer to your gas trimmer manufacturers manual for proper and safe fitting instructions for all Powerhead products.
